Meth Destroys
Through the TAB's NCSA/PEP, the Meth Destroys campaign was able to place their message on nearly every radio and television station in the state. I tell you this story to reiterate an important point. Broadcasters like the ones in Tennessee have access to the single greatest communications tools in their state and they take that responsibility seriously. They were more than willing to help spread the message about the Meth Destroys campaign because they understood that the meth problem in Tennessee affected the people and communities to whom they broadcast. This was their fight as much as it was anyone else’s and they used their local resources and on-air time for this public education program to help the state of Tennessee achieve an important objective. Like the Tennessee Army National Guard, WaterWorks, Higher Education and many others, the Meth Destroys NCSA/PEP campaign has many partners. None more important than the Tennessee Broadcasters
